All-Inclusive Beachfront Oasis

Welcome to the Hilton Cancun, an all-suite, luxury all-inclusive resort. Nestled behind a mangrove preserve and set on 100 acres of Mayan coastline, our secluded resort features 12 dining experiences, including 5 specialty restaurants, a 68,000 sq. ft. indoor-outdoor convention center, a health club, and spa offerings. Drink in ocean views from our suites, and spend sunny afternoons in our two pools. Discounted room rates have been secured for our group at the Hilton Cancun. There are limited rooms available at this rate. Upgraded room categories are available and can be booked on our group link provided below. The availability of upgraded rooms is limited. Please note that we have limited availability in our room block. We recommend attendees reserve their room as soon as possible to guarantee a room during our event and at our discounted rate. Cancellation Policy
AIDA Education Tuition
Attendees must provide written notice of cancellation a minimum of 30 days before the event start date for a full tuition refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made under 30 days from event start date. Registrants that no show for the event, will not receive a refund for tuition paid.

Cancellation from time of booking until December 14, 2023 – One night penalty will apply, remaining deposit will be refunded to the credit card provided.
Cancellation from December 15,2023 until arrival – Full penalty will apply and no credit will be provided.

Dr. Duplantis received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Dental School in 1999. He then continued with post-doctorate training at Baylor College of Dentistry, earning a certificate in advanced education in general dentistry in 2000. He has also received his fellowship degree from the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. McRae graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in 1996. He has since built a successful practice in Meridian, Idaho; receiving recognition as the best dental practice in the Treasure Valley. He is a respected lifetime qualified member of the elite Crown Council Dental Association, American Dental Association, International Academy of Dental Implants (IADI), International Academy of Oral Medicine of Toxicology (IAOMT), and International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI).

Amber Auger, MPH, RDH, is a practicing dental hygienist with a mission to elevate the standard of care to determine the root cause of oral diseases. With more than 17 years of experience, Amber specializes in creating practical systems to implement the latest oral science. Amber is the 2019 Sunstar Award of Distinction recipient, a contributor to “RDH Magazine”, a featured author for “DentistryIQ”, editor of the “RDH Graduate” newsletter, and the host of #AskAmberRDH.

After completing a G.P.R. at the Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, N.J., Dr Horowitz founded the Carolina Center for Advanced Dentistry, a multi-disciplinary group practice in the Myrtle Beach, S.C., area. He is also the founder and clinical director for Advanced Sleep and TMJ Centers with three locations in coastal South Carolina.

Please plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The Hilton Cancun is about 10 minutes from the airport.
Cancun no longer requires a tourist card. Only a passport is required.
Once travelers proceed through immigration, please pick up any checked baggage.
Attendees will then go through the customs line in which you will present your customs declaration form to the Customs Agent.
Once through customs, attendees will proceed down the hallway through the glass doors and outside to the meet and greet area to find your transportation service that was booked.

The dress code for our event is resort casual. Resort casual includes sun dresses, jeans and t-shirts, shorts, linen shirts, and flip flops. We want our attendees to be comfortable and enjoy the relaxing beach environment of Riviera Maya.

Yes! We have social events scheduled for Thursday, Friday, & Saturday nights during our meeting. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with other attendees at the event, our AIDA team, speakers, and our vendor partners. They will also have the opportunity to win fun prizes and giveaways at our evening social events.
Aspire 2024 will offer up to 8 CE Credits for the General Session currently scheduled. Please note that attendees must sign in and participate in the education to receive CE Credits.
