Course Title: “Lean, Digital, and Built to Last: The Practice Owner’s Roadmap from Operational Excellence to Strategic Growth”

Course Description: This two-part continuing education series is designed for practice owners who are ready to stop surviving and start building.
Part One gives you the operational engine: a lean, digital practice that runs with precision and does more with less.
Part Two gives you the strategy: a clear framework for deciding whether to grow your practice into a multi-location enterprise or position it for a premium sale, with the associate retention tools to make
either path possible. Each course stands on its own. Together, they form a complete blueprint. You cannot scale what is broken, and you cannot sell what is not optimized. This series is the bridge between where you are and where you want to go.

Course Objectives:

  • Analyze current staffing challenges and identify where operational waste is costing you time
    and money
  • Apply lean practice principles specifically adapted for dental operations
  • Evaluate and implement digital tools and automation that reduce manual tasks without reducing care quality
  • Design streamlined workflows for scheduling, billing, clinical documentation, and patient communication
  • Integrate cloud-based platforms to create seamless, connected practice operations
  • Develop a cross-training and role optimization strategy your team will actually support
  • Build a change management plan for technology adoption that sticks
  • Distinguish between scaling for enterprise growth versus scaling for maximum sale value, and identify which path aligns with your goals
  • Apply EBITDA and valuation frameworks to understand what your practice is worth today and how to increase it
  • Identify the five root causes of associate turnover and implement retention strategies before they cost you
  • Build an associate onboarding and development system that creates loyalty and production alignment
  • Construct a compensation transparency model that associates understand and trust
  • Design the operational systems, culture, and leadership infrastructure required for multi-location growth
  • Create a 90-day action plan for your chosen path, whether growth or transition

Course Title: Beyond Prevention: A First-Hand Approach to Preventive Products and Dental Codes

Course Description: Navigating the yearly changes made to the CDT dental codes can be challenging for dental professionals, especially when advising patients on what procedures their insurance carriers
will cover or helping them file their own dental claims. That’s why we’ll delve into a variety of procedures, such as desensitizing, the use of dental creams, glass ionomers, varnishes, and sealants, to help demystify this complex world. More importantly, we’ll discuss how these procedures not only contribute to patient health but also boost the profitability of your dental practice. But we’re not stopping at theory. Each participant will have the chance to experience these award-winning technologies firsthand. You’ll familiarize yourself with their delivery systems, understand product dispensing, and seize the opportunity to test their application on models or on yourself at your workstation. This hands-on approach promises to deepen your understanding, making you a stronger clinician and an invaluable asset to any dental office.

Course Objectives:

  • Uncover groundbreaking results that support the application of varnish with chemotherapeutic fluoride treatment, enhancing your knowledge of these procedures and their impact on patient health and practice profitability.

  • Master the methods of applying Xylitol-containing fluoride-based treatments and Nano Hybrid sealants and evaluate their effectiveness on today’s patients.
  • Navigate the different desensitizing & indirect restoration codes used in today’s dental practices.
